Beijing Dongyuan Law Firm Xi’an Branch was established on March 15 of 2002, and consists of practicing lawyers who are respectively specialized in such majors as finance, securities, real estate, import and export trade, intellectual property rights, public bidding, environmental protection, taxation, criminal/civilian/commercial affairs, etc.; among others, many lawyers have either obtained a master/doctor’s degree (or even above), or possessed a senior technical/academic title. 

 

Business scope:

 

Principally engaged in offering consultation service for important and complicated legal affairs, taking representative actions when handling litigation/non-litigation affairs, and conducting investigations into civilian and commercial affairs. Details are listed below: 

 

(Ⅰ) Consultation and advising: 

 

1．          To offer high-quality legal advice for, conduct research & discussions, and argumentation over various kinds of important and complicated cases concerning civilian, commercial, economic, criminal and foreign affairs, etc.  

 

2．          To play the role of permanent legal counsel for State organs, enterprises and public institutions, social groups and individual persons.  

 

3．          To participate in important business negotiations, compilation and revision of significant contracts of clients; analyze and evaluate the feasibility of material projects of clients.  

 

4．          To handle those affairs regarding establishment, conversion, termination, and registration, etc. of enterprises and companies as a legal representative; and plan out corporate M&As and restructuring of State-owned assets.  

 

5．          To devise legal procedures and handle legal affairs in relation to those capital operation projects such as issuance of stock shares and bonds, and listing of companies.  

 

6．          To offer legal service in relation to invitation to public bidding, opening and evaluation of bids for large-sized projects.  

 

7．          To play the role of witness lawyer. 

 

(Ⅱ) Representation and criminal defense 

 

1．            To participate in those litigation and non-litigation activities regarding civilian, economic and administrative affairs in the capacity of a legal representative. 

 

2．            To participate in those arbitration activities with regard to civilian, economic and labor disputes in the capacity of a legal representative. 

 

3．            To play the role of defendant for the accused in significant criminal cases. 

 

(Ⅲ) Investigation into civilian and commercial affairs: 

 

1．            Investigation into business creditworthiness. 

 

2．            Investigation into evidence involved in various kinds of civilian, commercial and economic disputes.
