     Mr.Bob Niu joined law firm in 2001,before joining the law firm, he was professional English translator and then legal manager in China Agriculture Development(Group)Corporation and was an English language lecturer in the University. So he is fluent in Chinese and English.
     Mr. Bob Niu had worked with multinational corporations and joint ventures, where he had dealt with corporate affairs, investment, trading, acquiring business licenses, maritime, lawsuits and arbitration.
      With experience abroad as business representative, or P&I club correspondent at home, Mr. Bob Niu has good understanding of the foreign businessman who have business activities here in and can give more detailed and more practical legal advice to foreign clients.
Mr. Bob Niu was giving lectures of Chinese law to the foreign businessman who had research courses in in 2005.

Moreover, he represents Chinese and foreign clients in various commercial negotiations.
